                               RESOLUTION NO. 19523
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE 
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED 
                   TECHNOLOGIES, INC. TO PERFORM ENGINEERING 
                   SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE PREPARATION OF AN 
                   ANNUAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT REPORT AND A 
                   FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT REPORT FOR 
                   CHATTANOOGA'S INTERCEPTOR SEWER SYSTEM FOR 
                   AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND 
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($42,000.00), WITHOUT 
                   PRIOR APPROVAL.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 
       Consolidated Technologies, Inc. to perform engineering services 
       relative to the preparation of an Annual Operations Management 
       Report and a Financial Management Report for Chattanooga's 
       Interceptor Sewer System for an amount not to exceed $42,000.00, 
       without prior approval.
